Your Invitation to a Connected Life

Meet the heart behind Silverline

Hi, I’m Michelle Gossen. I’m glad you’ve found your way here; it takes courage to take steps toward support. For the past 14 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking with people as they discover the beauty they were created with, while also facing the struggles and pain of living in a broken world. My heart is to create space for healing through a deeper understanding of identity and worth, along with a greater capacity for connection and meaningful living.

In addition to supporting clients with concerns such as relational issues, anxiety, depression, and faith related concerns, I also have specialized training in:

  • prevention and treatment of postpartum mood disorders

  • inferential-CBT for the treatment of OCD

  • emotionally focused therapy for attachment patterns

West Des Moines

All of your in person sessions will take place at the conveniently located West Des Moines office inside Moore Life Counseling. Complimentary tea, coffee, or water are available to enjoy during your visit. The office is a calm, welcoming space where you can feel cared for and unhurried as we do this important work together.

Telehealth Services

Secure telehealth sessions are available for those outside of the Des Moines area. This option provides the same thoughtful care from the comfort of your home, making therapy accessible no matter where you live in Iowa.
